Healthy Snack: Baked Ginger Apple Fries
Baked apple chips are a super delicious healthy treat…but I love to take snacks to the next level! These baked ginger apple fries are fun for kids (and adults!) to eat and pair perfectly with a delicious cinnamon yogurt dip.

Easy Baked Ginger Apple Fries
- 4 apples
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cinnamon Yogurt Dip
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cut the apples (core and all) into 1/4 inch slices, slicing from side to side.
Cut into strips (about half an inch wide).
Remove seeds from slices.
Toss around the apple fries, ginger and cinnamon in a bowl until evenly coated.
Bake at 250 degrees for 90 minutes, flipping over halfway, or until crispy.
In the meantime, mix together the yogurt and cinnamon to make the dip.
Let the fries cool and dig in!
