    Simple Garlic Hemp Oil Salad Dressing

    This hemp oil salad dressing is a great way incorporate more hemp oil into your diet. It's pretty yummy on a regular salad, or even as a unique pasta salad dressing recipe!

     

    Let's be honest here: A salad wouldn't be a salad without dressing.

    Well, it would be. But it wouldn't be a tasty, devour-it-all-right-now salad.

    Homemade salad dressing is even better.

    And while I am totally not opposed to buying salad dressing at the store - I can promise you that you won't find a hemp oil salad dressing at Whole Foods or Trader Joes or wherever you shop.

    But you can find that recipe right here, run out and grab the ingredients, and then make it at home. The BEST part? This garlic hemp seed dressing only has four ingredients. I am all about super quick and simple recipes these days.

    Hemp seed oil is CRAZY good for you. I try to incorporate it into my diet as much as possible. Read about all of the amazing benefits of hemp oil.

    Raw garlic makes such a tasty addition to this dressing. It's packed full of flavor and has so many wonderful health benefits. This dressing recipe also calls for white wine vinegar. If you want to make this ASAP and don't have white wine vinegar, I totally encourage you to experiment with different types of vinegar.

    This dressing makes a delicious addition to any salad, but I particularly love it drizzled over a crunchy + green blueberry hemp seed salad. Surprisingly, blueberries and garlic make a yummy, flavorful pair.

    Course Salad Dressing

    Ingredients
      

    • ¼ cup hemp oil
    • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
    • 4 cloves garlic chopped/minced
    • ⅛ teaspoon pepper

    Instructions
     

    • Whisk all ingredients together until fully incorporated.
    • Let sit for an hour so the flavor of the garlic comes through.
    • Shake well and drizzle onto a salad.
