Hemp Protein Smoothie
- 1 avocado
- 2 Tbsp hemp protein powder
- 2 teaspoons matcha tea powder
- 1/2 cup pineapple, cubed
- 1.5 cup coconut milk
- maple syrup to sweeten
- optional topping: hemp seeds
Blend matcha, hemp protein, pineapple, avocado, coconut milk and maple syrup together until smooth. How much maple syrup you add is up to your preference! I add about a 1/2 of a tablespoon.
Optional: Sprinkle the top with hemp seeds.
