  • 1 avocado
  • 2 Tbsp hemp protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons matcha tea powder
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1.5 cup coconut milk
  • maple syrup to sweeten
  • optional topping: hemp seeds


  • Blend matcha, hemp protein, pineapple, avocado, coconut milk and maple syrup together until smooth. How much maple syrup you add is up to your preference! I add about a 1/2 of a tablespoon.
  • Optional: Sprinkle the top with hemp seeds.
