  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon


  • Mix everything together in a jar or container. Cover and let sit in the fridge overnight.
  • Enjoy in the morning, cold or warm!
