Maple Pecan Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are a super easy and quick way to meal prep for breakfast!
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
Mix everything together in a jar or container. Cover and let sit in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy in the morning, cold or warm!
