This recipe calls for full-fat coconut milk, which makes for a rich cheese sauce, alongside your favorite shredded vegan cheese.
After preparing the cheese sauce, and cooking the macaroni, just mix everything and bake to perfection!
To make ahead, it's recommended to store the macaroni and cheese sauce in the fridge separately. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
