Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel and cut carrots into 1-2 inch pieces.
Toss the carrots with the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Spread out on the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes or so, or until the carrots are tender.
