Grilled Corn on the Cob

Cooking corn on the cob on the grill is easy! You can use an outdoor grill or a grill pan on the stove.

Ingredients
4
ears of
corn on the cob
shucked
1
tablespoon
olive oil
salt or other seasonings for topping
Instructions
Pre-heat grill or grill pan to high heat for at least 5 minutes.
Brush each ear of corn with olive oil.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning every 2 minutes or so.
Top with your favorite vegan butter or seasonings.
Notes
*If you don't want to use oil to prevent the corn from sticking to the grill, I recommend using a grill mat or foil.
