I recommend taking a look at the actual oil content in the nuts and nut butters and well as the nut milk as ingredients in the recipes. Also, avocado is high in oil content as well as all the nut products.
It’s not added oil, but the overall oil content definitely takes these out of the realm of being oil free.
Even natural oils such as these are set consumed in small quantities.

These recipes are absolutely oil-free. Those foods do not contain oil, they contain fat. Oil is created when the fats are extracted and processed.
