An oil-free vegan diet is all the rage right now – and for good reason, it’s REALLY healthy for you according to experts like Dr. McDougall and T. Colin Campbell. But…what can you eat on a diet that seems so restrictive? I’ve put together a bunch of amazing recipes for you.
From dinner recipes like enchilada casserole to breakfast recipes like baked carrot cake oatmeal and dips like chorizo queso – there are a TON of oil-free vegan recipes out there!
This is one of my personal favorite oil-free vegan comfort food dishes! Try the alfredo on it’s own with pasta and it’s super delicious — add in the cajun-spiced roasted broccoli and the flavors are seriously mind-blowing!
