As a kid, cauliflower was one of the many vegetables that I seriously couldn’t stand unless it was drenched in some kind of salty cheese sauce. Even as an adult I wouldn’t touch it – until I went vegetarian, started eating more veggies, and broadened my horizons. Now, it’s one of my favorite foods.
