    Going vegan can be tough - and it's not because the food is gross or weird, it's simply because breaking cultural norms is difficult. The traditional breakfast here in the U.S. involves some kind of egg variation (scrambled, poached, omelet, etc) paired with a pile of meat (bacon or sausage).

    But breakfast doesn't have to be that way, and there are so many sweet and savory breakfasts you can make that will fuel you until lunch rolls around (see this post for quick vegan LUNCH ideas.)
